8fe25ba3ff arm64: dts: qcom: sdm845: rename labels for DSI nodes
Currently in board files MDSS and DSI nodes stay apart, because labels
for DSI nodes do not have the mdss_ prefix. It was found that grouping
all display-related notes is more useful.

To keep all display-related nodes close in the board files, change DSI

Alsa UCM2 configs for this setup can be found here, they are not yet

a9a9e85731 arm64: dts: qcom: use qcom,gsi-loader for IPA
Depending on the platform, either the modem or the AP must load GSI
firmware for IPA before it can be used. To date, this has been
indicated by the presence or absence of a "modem-init" property.

That mechanism has been deprecated. Instead, we indicate how GSI
firmware should be loaded by the value of the "qcom,gsi-loader"
property.

Update all arm64 platforms that use IPA to use the "qcom,gsi-loader"
property to specify how the GSI firmware is loaded.

Update the affected nodes so the status property is last.

d77c95bf9a arm64: dts: qcom: sdm845-oneplus: fix reserved-mem
Fix the upper guard and the "removed_region", this fixes the random
crashes which used to occur in memory intensive loads. I'm not sure WHY
the upper guard being 0x2000 instead of 0x1000 doesn't fix this, but it
HAS to be 0x1000.

383409806e arm64: dts: qcom: sdm845-oneplus-common: enable debug UART
A labelled diagram showing the location of the Rx and Tx testpoints for
the OnePlus 6 is available on the postmarketOS wiki:

https://wiki.postmarketos.org/wiki/Serial_debugging:Cable_schematics

The device uses 1.8v UART at a baud rate of 115200, bootloader output is
also available here.

e60fd5ac1f arm64: dts: qcom: sdm845-oneplus-common: guard rmtfs-mem
The rmtfs_mem region is a weird one, downstream allocates it
dynamically, and supports a "qcom,guard-memory" property which when set
will reserve 4k above and below the rmtfs memory.

A common from qcom 4.9 kernel msm_sharedmem driver:

/*
 * If guard_memory is set, then the shared memory region
 * will be guarded by SZ_4K at the start and at the end.
 * This is needed to overcome the XPU limitation on few
 * MSM HW, so as to make this memory not contiguous with
 * other allocations that may possibly happen from other
 * clients in the system.
*/

When the kernel tries to touch memory that is too close the
rmtfs region it may cause an XPU violation. Such is the case on the
OnePlus 6 where random crashes would occur usually after boot.

Reserve 4k above and below the rmtfs_mem to avoid hitting these XPU
Violations.

This doesn't entirely solve the random crashes on the OnePlus 6/6T but
it does seem to prevent the ones which happen shortly after modem
bringup.
