During initial porting these cd-gpios were missed. Having card detect is
beneficial because driver does not need to do polling every second and it
can just use IRQ. SD card detection in U-Boot is also fixed by this.

Define USB3 QMP PHY presend on the SDM630 / SDM660 platforms. Enable it by
default in the USB3 host, but (for compatibility), force USB 2.0 mode
for all defined boards. The boards should opt-in to enable USB 3.0
support.

DT schema expects TLMM pin configuration nodes to be named with
'-state' suffix and their optional children with '-pins' suffix. All
nodes for GPIOs must also define the function property.

This results in dts duplication, but per mutual agreement card detect
pin configuration belongs to the board files. Move it from the SoC
dtsi to the board DT files.

A new 'chassis-type' root node property has recently been approved for
the device-tree specification, in order to provide a simple way for
userspace to detect the device form factor and adjust their behavior
accordingly.
This patch fills in this property for end-user devices (such as laptops,
smartphones and tablets) based on Qualcomm ARM64 processors.

There is SO MUCH common code between these two SoCs that it makes
no sense to keep what is essentially a duplicate of 630.dtsi. Instead,
it's better to just change the things that differ.

This adds the initial device tree support for Xiaomi
Redmi Note 7 (codename lavender) phone. It is based on
SDM660 SoC. Currently it can be booted into initrd with
a shell over UART and you can also get kernel boot logs
from a pstore-ramoops.
