No input events are generated from the pressing of the power key on
either Primus or Flex 5G, because the device node isn't enabled.
Give the power key node a label and enable this for the two devices.

The SC8180X Primus comes with an AUX card with two USB ports, fed by the
two multiport ports.
Enable the involved nodes and define two always-on regulators to enable
VBUS for these ports.

The hall sensor interrupt on the Primus is active low, which means that
with the current configuration the device attempts to suspend when the
LID is open.
Fix the polarity of the HALL_INT GPIO to avoid this.

Pin configuration property "input-enable" was used with the intention to
disable the output, but this is done by default by Linux drivers. Since
commit c4a48b0df8 ("dt-bindings: pinctrl: qcom: tlmm should use
output-disable, not input-enable") the property is not accepted anymore:
