b5cbd179f4 arm64: dts: qcom: sa8295p-adp: Enable the four USB Type-A ports
The multiport USB controller in the SA8295P ADP is connected to four USB
Type-A ports. VBUS for each of these ports are provided by a
TPS2559QWDRCTQ1 regulator, controlled from PMIC GPIOs.

Add the necessary regulators and GPIO configuration to power these.

It seems reasonable that these regulators should be referenced as vbus
supply of usb-a-connector nodes and controlled by e.g. dwc3, but as this
is not supported in Linux today the regulators are left always-on for
now.

71bc1b4284 arm64: dts: qcom: sc8280xp: rename qup2_uart17 to uart17
In preparation for adding the missing SPI and I2C nodes to
sc8280xp.dtsi, it was decided to rename all of the existing qupX_
uart, spi, and i2c nodes to drop the qupX_ prefix. Let's go ahead
and rename qup2_uart17 to uart17. Note that some nodes are moved in the
file by this patch to preserve the expected sort order in the file.

09a1710b3e arm64: dts: qcom: sa8295p-adp: Specify which LDO modes are allowed
This board uses RPMH, specifies "regulator-allow-set-load" for LDOs,
but doesn't specify any modes with "regulator-allowed-modes".

Prior to commit efb0cb50c4 ("regulator: qcom-rpmh: Implement
get_optimum_mode(), not set_load()") the above meant that we were able
to set either LPM or HPM mode. After that commit (and fixes [1]) we'll
be stuck at the initial mode. Discussion of this has resulted in the
decision that the old dts files were wrong and should be fixed to
fully restore old functionality.

Let's re-enable the old functionality by fixing the dts.

2a6164cef6 arm64: dts: qcom: sa8295p-adp: disallow regulator mode switches
Do not allow the RPMh regulators to switch to low-power mode with an
exception for the UFS regulators (l3c, l6c, l10c and l17c) as UFS
supports an idle mode.

This specifically avoids having regulators be but in low-power mode when
only some consumers specify loads while the actual total load really
warrants high-power mode.

519183af39 arm64: dts: qcom: add SA8540P and ADP
Introduce the Qualcomm SA8540P automotive platform and the SA8295P ADP
development board.

The SA8540P and SC8280XP are fairly similar, so the SA8540P is built
ontop of the SC8280XP dtsi to reduce duplication. As more advanced
features are integrated this might be re-evaluated.

This initial contribution supports SMP, CPUFreq, cluster idle, UFS, RPMh
regulators, debug UART, PMICs, remoteprocs (NSPs crashes shortly after
booting) and USB.

The SA8295P ADP contains four PM8450 PMICs, which according to their
revid are compatible with PM8150. They are defined within the ADP for
now, to avoid creating additional .dtsi files for PM8150 with just
addresses changed - and to allow using the labels from the schematics.
