As discussed on linux-arm-msm list, start splitting sm8250 pinctrl
settings into generic and board-specific parts. The first part to
receive such treatment is the spi, so split spi pinconf to the board
device tree.

The PM8150 comes with everything the RTC needs, so let's just leave it
enabled instead of having to explicitly enable it for all boards.
In effect this patch enables the RTC on the SM8150 MTP and the SM8250
HDK.

Quite an active release for driver specific updates but very little
going on at the subsystem level this time for the regulator API.
- Overhaul of the Qualcomm LABIBB driver.
- Allow use of regulator_sync_voltage() on coupled regulators.
- Support for Action ATC260x, Mediatek DVSRC and MT6315, Qualcomm
PCM8180/c and PM8009-1 and Richtek RT4831
- Removal of the AB3100 driver.

connected to QCA6391 chipset and others are available on the HS3
expansion connector. Hence, enable all of them.

Lower drive strength for microSD data and CMD pins from 16 to 10. This
fixes spurious card removal issues observed on some boards. Also this
change allows us to re-enable 1.8V support, which seems to work with
lowered drive strength.

RB5 makes use of the two USB controllers onboard. USB0 is connected
to the Type C port and USB1 is connected to USB3.1 HUB which exposes
following downstream ports:
* 2 Type A ports
* 2 HS/SS ports on the expansion connector
* USB to LAN device
Hence, enable these two controllers with the required PHYs.
