c035f0268b SoC DT updates for v6.7
There are a couple new SoCs that are supported for the first time:

  - AMD Pensando Elba is a data processing unit based on Cortex-A72
    CPU cores

  - Sophgo makes RISC-V based chips, and we now support the CV1800B
chip used in the milkv-duo board and the massive sg2042 chip in the
    milkv-pioneer, a 64-core developer workstation.

  - Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G (sm7125) is a close relative of
Snapdragon 7c and gets added with some Xiaomi phones

  - Renesas gains support for the R8A779F4 (R-Car S4-8) automotive
SoC and the RZ/G3S (R9A08G045) embedded SoC.

There are also a bunch of newly supported machines that use
already supported chips. On the 32-bit side, we have:

  - USRobotics USR8200 is a NAS/Firewall/router based on the ancient
    Intel IXP4xx platform

  - A couple of machines based on the NXP i.MX5 and i.MX6 platforms

  - One machine each for Allwinner V3s, Aspeed AST2600, Microchip
    sama5d29 and ST STM32mp157

The other ones all use arm64 cores on chips from allwinner,
amlogic, freescale, mediatek, qualcomm and rockchip.

38f6ac152f arm64: dts: qcom: msm8996-gemini: correct UFS pad supply
The Qualcomm UFS phy switched from dedicated driver to QMP phy driver.
Eventually the old driver was removed in commit 02dca8c981 ("phy:
qcom: remove ufs qmp phy driver"). The original driver and its binding
used vddp-ref-clk regulator supply, but the new one did not and left the
supply unused.

The Qualcomm UFS phy bindings were also migrated to newer ones and
dropped support for vddp-ref-clk regulator in commit dc5cb63592
("dt-bindings: phy: migrate QMP UFS PHY bindings to
qcom,sc8280xp-qmp-ufs-phy.yaml").

It turns out that this regulator, although with inaccurate name
vddp-ref-clk, is actually needed to provide supply for VDD_PX10 (or
similar, depending on the SoC) used by UFS controller.

Bring back handling of this supply by using more appropriate regulator -
UFS controller host supply. This also fixes dtbs_check warning:

msm8996-xiaomi-gemini.dtb: phy@627000: 'vddp-ref-clk-supply' does not match any of the regexes: 'pinctrl-[0-9]+'

725f593692 arm64: dts: qcom: msm8996-xiaomi: fix missing clock populate
Commit 338958e30c ("arm64: dts: qcom: msm8996-xiaomi: drop simple-bus
from clocks") removed "simple-bus" compatible from "clocks" node, but
one of the clocks - divclk1 - is a gpio-gate-clock, which does not have
CLK_OF_DECLARE. This means it will not be instantiated if placed in
some subnode. Move the clocks to the root node, so regular devices will
be populated.

cea41be7ca arm64: dts: qcom: msm8996-xiaomi-scorpio, natrium: Use MSM8996 Pro
The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 has the MSM8996 Pro SoC. Rename the dts
to match, include msm8996pro.dtsi, and add the qcom,msm8996pro
compatible. To do that, the msm8996.dtsi include in msm8996-xiaomi-common
has to be moved to msm8996-xiaomi-gemini, the only device that needs it
included after this change.

Since MSM8996Pro is largely compatible with MSM8996, keep old compatible
too rather than insiting on qcom,msm8996pro only. This allows the code
that doesn't yet know about msm8996pro to continue supporting these

 Included in here are:

 		- fixes for devices without displayport adapters
 		- lane bonding support and improvements
 		- other minor changes based on device testing
 	- dwc3 gadget driver changes. It seems this driver will never
be finished given that the IP core is showing up in zillions
of new devices and each implementation decides to do something
 	  different with it...
 	- uvc gadget driver updates as more devices start to use and
rely on this hardware as well
 	- usb_maxpacket() api changes to remove an unneeded and unused
 	  parameter.
 	- usb-serial driver device id updates and small cleanups
 	- typec cleanups and fixes based on device testing
 	- device tree updates for usb properties
 	- lots of other small fixes and driver updates.

All of these have been in linux-next for weeks with no reported

cde8b4d070 arm64: dts: qcom: msm8996-xiaomi: Drop max-microamp and vddp-ref-clk properties from QMP PHY
The following properties are not supported and causing dtbs_check
warnings.

    - vdda-phy-max-microamp
    - vdda-pll-max-microamp
    - vddp-ref-clk-max-microamp
    - vddp-ref-clk-always-on

   'vdda-phy-max-microamp', 'vddp-ref-clk-always-on', 'vddp-ref-clk-max-microamp'
do not match any of the regexes: '^phy@[0-9a-f]+$', 'pinctrl-[0-9]+'

Drop them from QMP PHY nodes for 'msm8996-xiaomi' dts.

b32846a38f arm64: dts: qcom: msm8996: drop unsupported UFS vddp-ref-clk-max-microamp
The property vddp-ref-clk-max-microamp (for VDDP ref clk supply which is
l25 regulator) is not documented in MSM8996 UFS PHY bindings
(qcom,msm8996-qmp-ufs-phy). It is mentioned in the other UFS PHY
bindings for qcom,msm8996-ufs-phy-qmp-14nm.

The MSM8996-based Xiaomi devices configure l25 regulator in a
conflicting way:
1. with maximum 100 uAmp for VDDP ref clk supply of UFS PHY,
2. with maximum 450 mAmp for VCCQ supply of UFS.

Since the vddp-ref-clk-max-microamp property is basically not
documented for that UFS PHY and has a conflicting values, drop it
entirely as it looks like not tested and not used ever.

de0a2ae359 arm64: dts: qcom: msm8996-xiaomi-common: Change TUSB320 to TUSB320L
This platform actually doesn't have TUSB320, but rather TUSB320L.
The TUSB320 compatible string was used due to lack of support for
TUSB320L, and it was close enough to detect cable plug-in and
direction, but it was limited to upstream facing port mode only.
Now that support for TUSB320L is added[1], change node name and
compatible to match and allow it to be properly reset and have
its mode set to dual-role port.

46680fe9ba arm64: dts: qcom: msm8996: Add support for the Xiaomi MSM8996 platform
There are 5 Xiaomi devices with the MSM8996 SoC:

 - Mi 5 (gemini): MSM8996 + PMI8994
 - Mi Note 2 (scorpio): MSM8996 Pro + PMI8996
 - Mi 5s (capricorn): MSM8996 Pro + PMI8996
 - Mi Mix (lithium): MSM8996 Pro + PMI8996
 - Mi 5s Plus (natrium): MSM8996 Pro + PMI8996

These devices share a common board design with only a few differences.
Add support for the common board, as well as support for the Mi Note 2.
