Enable sound and modem for the Samsung J5 smartphones. The setup is
similar to most MSM8916 devices, i.e.:
- QDSP6 audio
- Speaker/earpiece/headphones/microphones via digital/analog codec
in MSM8916/PM8916
- WWAN Internet via BAM-DMUX
except:
- There is no secondary microphone, so a different "model" is used to
differentiate that in the UCM configuration.
- Samsung-specific audio jack detection (not supported yet)

J5 and J5X use an Imagis IST3038C touchscreen that is connected to
blsp_i2c5. Add it to the device tree.
MFD driver for SM5703 is unavailable at the moment, which is required
to power up the touchscreen on J5, so it's disabled on J5 for now.

The smartphones below are using the MSM8916 SoC,
which are released in 2015-2016:
Samsung Galaxy J5 2015 (SM-J500*)
Samsung Galaxy J5 2016 (SM-J510*)
Move msm8916-samsung-j5.dts to msm8916-samsung-j5-common.dtsi, and add
a common device tree for with initial support for:
- GPIO keys
- SDHCI (internal and external storage)
- USB Device Mode
- UART (on USB connector via the SM5703 MUIC)
- WCNSS (WiFi/BT)
- Regulators
The two devices (all other variants of J5 released in 2015 and J5X
released in 2016) are very similar, with some differences in display and
GPIO pins. The common parts are shared in msm8916-samsung-j5-common.dtsi
to reduce duplication.
This patch rewrites J5 2015 devices, later patches will add support for
other models.

Samsung J5 2015 is a MSM8916 based Smartphone. It is similar to some of the
other MSM8916 devices, especially the Samsung ones.
With this patch initial support for the following is added:
- eMMC/SD card
- Buttons
- USB (although no suiting MUIC driver currently)
- UART (untested for lack of equipment)
- WiFi/Bluetooth (WCNSS)
It is worth noting that Samsung J5 with MSM8916 exists in different
generations (e.g Samsung J5 2015 and Samsung J5 2016) which each have
different models (e.g. samsung-j5nlte, samsung-j5xnlte, etc). This patch
is only regarding the 2015 generation, but should work with all of it's
models, as far as we could test.
