Correct PCIe PHY enablement to refer the QMP device nodes rather than
PHY device nodes. QMP nodes have 'status = "disabled"' property in the
ipq8074.dtsi, while PHY nodes do not correspond to the actual device and
do not have the status property.

Since now we have control over the PMP8074 PMIC providing various system
voltages including L11 which provides the SDIO/eMMC I/O voltage set it as
the SDHCI VQMMC supply.
This allows SDHCI controller to switch to 1.8V I/O mode and support high
speed modes like HS200 and HS400.

Per QMP PHY bindings schema, 'vdda-phy-supply' and 'vdda-phy-supply' are
required for IPQ8074 QMP USB3 PHY. Since supplies are not added in DTS
for this platform, add a dummy regulator as the supply to QMP USB3 PHY,
so that dtbs_check stops complaining the missing supplies.

While the DT parser recognizes "ok" as a valid value for the
"status" property, it is actually mentioned nowhere. Use the
proper value "okay" instead, as done in the majority of files
