arm64: dts: mediatek: mt8183: Disable DSI display output by default
Most SoC dtsi files have the display output interfaces disabled by
default, and only enabled on boards that utilize them. The MT8183
has it backwards: the display outputs are left enabled by default,
and only disabled at the board level.

Reverse the situation for the DSI output so that it follows the
normal scheme. For ease of backporting the DPI output is handled
in a separate patch.

arm64: dts: mediatek: Declare drive-strength numerically
On some devicetrees, the drive-strength property gets assigned a
MTK_DRIVE_(x)_mA definition, which matches with (x).

For example, MTK_DRIVE_8mA equals to 8 and MTK_DRIVE_30mA equals
to 30.

Also keeping in mind that the drive-strength property is, by
(binding) definition, taking a number in milliamperes unit,
change all devicetrees to avoid the usage of any MTK_DRIVE_(x)
definition.

arm64: dts: mediatek: Drop mediatek,drive-strength-adv usage
The "mediatek,drive-strength-adv" pin config property has been

arm64: dts: mediatek: Move MT6358 PMIC interrupts to MT8183 boards
MT6358 is a PMIC that is typically used on MT8183 boards, and it has
its own dtsi file, declaring interrupts-extended on its node.

The interrupt pin of that PMIC is connected to a SoC GPIO and that
is therefore not only SoC-specific, but board-specific: this means
that the interrupt-extended property does not belong to the PMIC
dtsi file, but to board files using that PMIC.

For correctness, transfer the interrupts-extended property from the
PMIC-specific mt6358.dtsi to board files.
