The MT6397 PMIC bindings specify exact names for its sub-nodes. The
names used in the current dts don't match, causing a validation error.
Fix up the names. Also drop the label for the regulators node, since
any reference should be against the individual regulator sub-nodes.

The "regulator-compatible" property has been deprecated since 2012 in
commit 13511def87 ("regulator: deprecate regulator-compatible DT
property"), which is so old it's not even mentioned in the converted
regulator bindings YAML file. It is also not listed in the MT6397
regulator bindings. Having them present produces a whole bunch of
validation errors:
Unevaluated properties are not allowed ('regulator-compatible' was unexpected)
Drop the "regulator-compatible" property from the board dts. The
property values are the same as the node name, so everything should
continue to work.

On some devicetrees, the drive-strength property gets assigned a
MTK_DRIVE_(x)_mA definition, which matches with (x).
For example, MTK_DRIVE_8mA equals to 8 and MTK_DRIVE_30mA equals
to 30.
Also keeping in mind that the drive-strength property is, by
(binding) definition, taking a number in milliamperes unit,
change all devicetrees to avoid the usage of any MTK_DRIVE_(x)
definition.

There is one new SoC for each 32-bit Arm and 64-bit RISC-V, but both
the Rockchips rv1109 and Sopgho CV1812H are just minor variations of
already supported chips.
The other six new SoCs are all part of existing arm64 families, but
are somewhat more interesting:
- Samsung ExynosAutov920 is an automotive chip, and the first one
we support based on the Cortex-A78AE core with lockstep mode.
- Google gs101 (Tensor G1) is the chip used in a number of Pixel phones,
and is grouped with Samsung Exynos here since it is based on the same

da9211 regulator needs to be enabled before enabling the mfg_async power

MT8173 E1 chip has one bug that if turn off USB power domain, vcore
power will also be off, thus cause modules using vcore power domain
fail, like MMC. The E1 chip only found on MT8173-evb board and this
board only has E1 chip, so implement this as a board specific
workaround.
Pwrapper use vcore power, so add pwrapper using USB power domain to
keep USB power domain not to zero and disabled.
