Add the PMGR node and all known power state subnodes. Since there are
a large number of them, put them in a separate file to include.

Add DTS files for the A8 SoC and the following devices based on it:
- iPhone 6
- iPhone 6 Plus
- iPad mini 4
- iPod touch 6
- Apple TV HD
The remaining HomePod is not supported as part of this patch.
