b6aa4fb7ca arm64: dts: allwinner: a64: Add WiFi/BT header on SOPINE Baseboard
This adds all the pin mappings on the WiFi/BT header on
the SOPINE Baseboard/A64-LTS. They're disabled by default
as the modules don't ship by default. This includes, where
they haven't been already, UART1 for BT and mmc1 for WiFi.

arm64: dts: allwinner: a64-sopine-baseboard: change RGMII mode to TXID
Although the schematics of Pine A64-LTS and SoPine Baseboard shows both
the RX and TX internal delay are enabled, they're using the same broken
RTL8211E chip batch with Pine A64+, so they should use TXID instead, not
ID.

In addition, by checking the real components soldered on both a SoPine
Baseboard and a Pine A64-LTS, RX delay is not enabled (GR69 soldered and
GR70 NC) despite the schematics says it's enabled. It's a common
situation for Pine64 boards that the NC information on schematics is not
the same with the board.

So the RGMII delay mode should be TXID on these boards.

arm64: dts: allwinner: a64: sopine-baseboard: Add PHY regulator delay
It turns out that sopine-baseboard needs same fix as pine64-plus
for ethernet PHY. Here too Realtek ethernet PHY chip needs additional
power on delay to properly initialize. Datasheet mentions that chip
needs 30 ms to be properly powered on and that it needs some more time
to be initialized.

Fix that by adding 100ms ramp delay to regulator responsible for
powering PHY.

Note that issue was found out and fix tested on pine64-lts, but it's
basically the same as sopine-baseboard, only layout and connectors
differ.
