The column width specifiers added in commit 8d0e3fc61a ("media:
Add 2-10-10-10 RGB formats") don't suffice for column 1 and too
wide for column 2.
Adjust them to get a good looking table.

Commit 8d0e3fc61a ("media: Add 2-10-10-10 RGB formats") added
documentation for a few new RGB formats. The table has column-width
specifiers for 34 columns used in pdfdocs build.
However, the new table has a couple of rows with 35 columns which
confused Sphinx's latex builder. The resulting .tex file causes
an error in a later stage of a pdfdocs build.
Remove the trailing empty dash lines to fix the issue.

12 bits per component like ABGR32,
expanded to 16bits.
Data in the 12 high bits, zeros in the 4 low bits,
arranged in little endian order.

All formats using 8 bits per component can be described with a byte
granularity instead of a bit granularity without loss of precision. This
makes the corresponding table more compact and easier to read.

The naming scheme for the RGB pixel formats has been developed
organically, and isn't consistent between formats using less than 8 bits
per pixels (mostly stored in 1 or 2 bytes per pixel, except for RGB666
that uses 4 bytes per pixel) and formats with 8 bits per pixel (stored
in 3 or 4 bytes). For the latter category, the names use a components
order convention that is the opposite of the first category, and the
opposite of DRM pixel formats. This has led to lots of confusion in the
past, and would really benefit from being explained more precisely. Do
so, which also prepares for the addition of additional RGB pixels
formats.

context. This doesn't bring much useful information, and is confusing at

In the table of the RGB formats, add an explicit '-' signs
to cells that contain undefined bits.
This makes it more clear how many bits and bytes are used
for each format.

Since 2017, there is an space reserved for userspace API,
created by changeset 1d596dee38 ("docs: Create a user-space API guide").
As the media subsystem was one of the first subsystems to use
Sphinx, until this patch, we were keeping things on a separate
place.
Let's just use the new location, as having all uAPI altogether
will likely make things easier for developers.
