With the changes in the way mailing lists are hostet at kernel.org, there
is a need to sync the Spanish documentation to:
1. fix links that are pointing at the outdated resources
2. remove an outdated patchbomb admonition

- Significant changes throughout the tree to bring Python code up to
current standards and raise the minimum Python required to 3.9. Much of
this is preparatory to replacing the ancient Perl scripts/kernel-doc
horror with a slightly less horrifying Python implementation, expected
for 6.16.

responsibility for the Chinese translations going forward; that work will
still get to you via docs-next
- Try to standardize the format for indicating a developer's affiliation in

- Clarify the TAB's role in CoC enforcement actions.

developer without their explicit permission.

Commit fb12098d8e ("docs: submit-checklist: Allow creating
cross-references for ABI README") assumes that the path of
"Documentation/ABI/README" would be converted to a cross-ref to
the README.
However, as the README is included by the "kernel-abi" directive
at Documentation/admin-guide/abi.rst, the expected conversion
does not happen.
Instead, use the path where the "kernel-abi" directive exists for
the conversion to work. Restore the original path of README in
inline-literal form as an additional note for readers of the .rst
file.
Apply the same changes for translations.

Here is the "big" set of char/misc and other driver subsystems for
6.4-rc1.
It's pretty big, but due to the removal of pcmcia drivers, almost breaks
even for number of lines added vs. removed, a nice change.
Included in here are:
- removal of unused PCMCIA drivers (finally!)
- Interconnect driver updates and additions
- Lots of IIO driver updates and additions
- MHI driver updates
- Coresight driver updates
- NVMEM driver updates, which required some OF updates
- W1 driver updates and a new maintainer to manage the subsystem
- FPGA driver updates
- New driver subsystem, CDX, for AMD systems
- lots of other small driver updates and additions
All of these have been in linux-next for a while with no reported
issues.

still a fair amount going on, including:
- Reorganizing the architecture-specific documentation under
Documentation/arch. This makes the structure match the source directory
and helps to clean up the mess that is the top-level Documentation
directory a bit. This work creates the new directory and moves x86 and
most of the less-active architectures there. The current plan is to move
the rest of the architectures in 6.5, with the patches going through the
appropriate subsystem trees.
- Some more Spanish translations and maintenance of the Italian
translation.
- A new "Kernel contribution maturity model" document from Ted.
- A new tutorial on quickly building a trimmed kernel from Thorsten.
Plus the usual set of updates and fixes.

Jiri Kosina, Jonathan Corbet, and Willy Tarreau all expressed a desire
to move this document under process/.
Create a new section for security issues in the index and group it with
embargoed-hardware-issues.
I'm doing this at the start of the series to make all the subsequent
changes show up in 'git blame'.
Existing references were updated using:
git grep -l security-bugs ':!Documentation/translations/' | xargs sed -i 's|admin-guide/security-bugs|process/security-bugs|g'
git grep -l security-bugs Documentation/translations/ | xargs sed -i 's|Documentation/admin-guide/security-bugs|Documentation/process/security-bugs|g'
git grep -l security-bugs Documentation/translations/ | xargs sed -i '/Original:/s|\.\./admin-guide/security-bugs|\.\./process/security-bugs|g'
Notably, the page is not moved in the translations (due to my lack of
knowledge of these languages), but the translations have been updated
to point to the new location of the original document where these
references exist.

These char PCMCIA drivers are buggy[1] and receive only minimal care. It
was concluded[2], that we should try to remove most pcmcia drivers
completely. Let's start with these char broken one.
Note that I also removed a UAPI header: include/uapi/linux/cm4000_cs.h.
I found only coccinelle tests mentioning some ioctl constants from that
file. But they are not actually used. Anyway, should someone complain,
we may reintroduce the header (or its parts).
