5ea73bf3c4 sfc: document devlink flash support 
Update the information in sfc's devlink documentation including
 support for firmware update with devlink flash.
Also update the help text for CONFIG_SFC_MTD, as it is no longer
 strictly required for firmware updates.

14743ddd24 sfc: add devlink info support for ef100 
Add devlink info support for ef100. The information reported is obtained
through the MCDI interface with the specific meaning defined in new
documentation file.
