The ADP5589 is a 19 I/O port expander with built-in keypad matrix decoder,
programmable logic, reset generator, and PWM generator.
We can't really have adp5589 devices fallback to adp5585 (which have
less pins) because there are some significant differences in the register
map.

Here is the big char/misc/iio and other small driver subsystem pull
request for 6.16-rc1.
Overall, a lot of individual changes, but nothing major, just the normal
constant forward progress of new device support and cleanups to existing
subsystems. Highlights in here are:
- Large IIO driver updates and additions and device tree changes
- Android binder bugfixes and logfile fixes
- mhi driver updates
- comedi driver updates
- counter driver updates and additions
- coresight driver updates and additions
- echo driver removal as there are no in-kernel users of it
- nvmem driver updates
- spmi driver updates
- new amd-sbi driver "subsystem" and drivers added
- rust miscdriver binding documentation fix
- other small driver fixes and updates (uio, w1, acrn, hpet, xillybus,

Here is the "big" set of char/misc/iio and other smaller driver
subsystem updates for 6.14-rc1. Loads of different things in here this
development cycle, highlights are:
- ntsync "driver" to handle Windows locking types enabling Wine to
work much better on many workloads (i.e. games). The driver
framework was in 6.13, but now it's enabled and fully working
properly. Should make many SteamOS users happy. Even comes with
tests!
- Large IIO driver updates and bugfixes
- FPGA driver updates
- Coresight driver updates
- MHI driver updates
- PPS driver updatesa
- const bin_attribute reworking for many drivers
- binder driver updates
- smaller driver updates and fixes
All of these have been in linux-next for a while with no reported

Add devicetree bindings to support declaring optional voltage dividers to
the rail outputs of supported digital multiphase regulators. Some
applications require Vout to exceed the voltage range that the Vsense pin
can detect. This binding definition allows users to define the
characteristics of a voltage divider placed between Vout and the Vsense
pin for any rail powered by the device.
These bindings copy the vout-voltage-divider property defined in the
maxim,max20730 bindings schema since it is the best fit for the use case
of scaling hwmon PMBus telemetry. The generic voltage-divider property
used by many iio drivers was determined to be a poor fit because that
schema is tied directly to iio for the purpose of scaling io-channel
voltages and the isl68137 driver is not an iio driver.
New schema file named isil,isl68137.yaml to align with the corresponding
driver name and pre-existing bindings ported from trivial bindings.
However, all new device bindings use renesas as the vendor prefix
since Renesas acquired Intersil and now maintains all documentation
for the devices.

The correct vendor prefix for Analog Devices is "adi", not "ad". Both
forms are in use. Add the "adi,ad7414" version and deprecate the
"ad,ad7414" version.
Keep them together even though it breaks strict alphabetical ordering.

The bulk of this is a series of fixes for the microchip-core driver
mostly originating from one of their customers, I also applied an

along with it since it's still the merge window and clearly had a bunch
of fairly thorough testing.
We also have a fix for the compatible used to bind spidev to the
