Make it explicit that child nodes have additional properties and the
child node schema is not complete. The complete schemas are applied
separately based the compatible strings.

Remove properties already mentioned by common spi-controller.yaml and
switch to unevaluatedProperties:false to achieve same functional effect.
This makes the binding a bit smaller. Similarly there is no need to
allow additionalProperties for children, because spi-controller.yaml
already does it.

Listed above Allwinner SoCs has two SPI controllers. First is the regular
SPI controller and the second one has additional functionality for
MIPI-DBI Type C.
Add compatible strings for these controllers

Just as unevaluatedProperties or additionalProperties are required at
the top level of schemas, they should (and will) also be required for
child node schemas. That ensures only documented properties are
present.
Add unevaluatedProperties or additionalProperties as appropriate, and
then add any missing properties flagged by the addition.

The Allwinner F1C100 series contains two SPI controllers, which are
compatible to the IP block used in the Allwinner H3 as well.
The only difference in the integration is the missing mod clock in the
F1C100, but that does not affect the SPI controller binding, as we can
still supply the correct clock (AHB parent) easily.

The Allwinner H6 SPI controller has advanced features over the H3
version, but remains compatible with it.
Document the usual "specific", "fallback" compatible string pair.
Also add the R40 version while at it.

Properties which are child node definitions need to have an explict
type. Otherwise, a matching (DT) property can silently match when an
error is desired. Fix this up tree-wide. Once this is fixed, the
meta-schema will enforce this on any child node definitions.
