Bindings reference the common power supply schema, which already defines
the type (ref) for "monitored-battery" property. Drop the redundant ref
from individual device schemas along with obvious description also
duplicating what is in power-supply.yaml.

The BQ24193 is most similar to the BQ24192. This is used in many Nvidia
Tegra devices such as the SHIELD Portable.

The BQ24297 is identical to the BQ24296 except that it uses USB D+ / D-
data-lines for charger-type (max. input-current) detection instead of
a PSEL input pin.
This is the same difference as between the already supported BQ24190
(D+ / D-) and the BQ24192 (PSEL).

The BQ24296 is most similar to the BQ24196, but the:
1. OTG config is split from CHG config (REG01)
2. ICHG (Fast Charge Current limit) range is smaller (<=3008mA)
3. NTC fault is simplified to 2 bits

SPI and I2C bus node names are expected to be "spi" or "i2c",
respectively, with nothing else, a unit-address, or a '-N' index. A
pattern of 'spi0' or 'i2c0' or similar has crept in. Fix all these
cases. Mostly scripted with the following commands:
git grep -l '\si2c[0-9] {' Documentation/devicetree/ | xargs sed -i -e 's/i2c[0-9] {/i2c {/'
git grep -l '\sspi[0-9] {' Documentation/devicetree/ | xargs sed -i -e 's/spi[0-9] {/spi {/'
With this, a few errors in examples were exposed and fixed.
