Cleanup bindings dropping unneeded quotes. Once all these are fixed,
checking for this can be enabled in yamllint.

hisilicon,phy-hi3670-pcie.yaml as a 'uint32-array'. Unify it to use
'uint32-array' everywhere.

syscon and simple-mfd cannot be used without device specific compatible,
so simplify the example to fix this.
