'global' interrupt is used to receive PCIe controller and link specific
events.

The first entry in the 'oneOf' schema doesn't work because the top
level schema requires exactly 8 interrupt entries. The 2nd entry is just
redundant with the top level. Since 1 entry appears to have been a
mistake, let's just drop the entire 'oneOf' rather than reworking the
top-level to allow 1 entry.

Move SM8350 PCIe devices from qcom, pcie.yaml binding to a dedicated file
to make reviewing easier.
This creates equivalent schema file, except:
- Missing required compatible which is actually redundant.
- Expecting eight MSI interrupts, instead of only one, which was
incomplete hardware description.
