Introduce the mediatek,pbus-csr property for the pbus-csr syscon node
available on EN7581 SoC.
The Airoha pbus-csr block provides a configuration interface for the
PBUS controller used to detect if a given address is accessible on PCIe
controller.

In MediaTek PCIe gen3 bindings, "clocks" accepts a range of 1-6 clocks
across all SoCs. But in practice, each SoC requires a particular number of
clocks as defined in "clock-names", and the length of "clocks" and
"clock-names" can be inconsistent with current bindings.
For example:
- MT8188, MT8192 and MT8195 all require 6 clocks, while the bindings
accept 4-6 clocks.
- MT7986 requires 4 clocks, while the bindings accept 4-6 clocks.
Update minItems and maxItems properties for individual SoCs as needed to
only accept the correct number of clocks.

dtschema package with core schemas deprecated pci-bus.yaml schema in
favor of pci-host-bridge.yaml. Update all bindings to use the latter
one.
The difference between pci-bus.yaml and pci-host-bridge.yaml is only in
lack of "reg" property defined by the latter, which should not have any
effect here, because all these bindings define the "reg".
The change is therefore quite trivial, however it requires dtschema
package v2024.02 or newer.

If a property has an 'items' list, then a 'minItems' or 'maxItems' with the
same size as the list is redundant and can be dropped. Note that is DT
schema specific behavior and not standard json-schema behavior. The tooling
will fixup the final schema adding any unspecified minItems/maxItems.
This condition is partially checked with the meta-schema already, but
only if both 'minItems' and 'maxItems' are equal to the 'items' length.
An improved meta-schema is pending.
