3c3606793f dt-bindings: wireless: bcm4329-fmac: Use wireless-controller.yaml schema
The wireless-controller schema specifies local-mac-address as
used in the bcm4329-fmac device nodes of Apple silicon devices
(arch/arm64/boot/dts/apple).

Fixes `make dtbs_check` for those devices.

7ca3fac195 dt-bindings: net: wireless: brcm4329-fmac: add clock description for AP6275P
Not only AP6275P Wi-Fi device but also all Broadcom wireless devices allow
external low power clock input. In DTS the clock as an optional choice in
the absence of an internal clock.

086ba26d55 dt-bindings: net: wireless: brcm,bcm4329-fmac: Add CYW43439 DT binding
CYW43439 is a Wi-Fi + Bluetooth combo device from Infineon. The
WiFi part is capable of 802.11 b/g/n. This chip is present e.g.
on muRata 1YN module. Extend the binding with its DT compatible.

156d2a64e0 dt-bindings: net: wireless: brcm,bcm4329-fmac: allow generic properties
Include ieee80211.yaml to allow using generic 802.11 properties for
bindings of Broadcom FullMAC devices. That allows specifying frequencies
ranges.

e2e37224e8 dt-bindings: net: bcm4329-fmac: Add Apple properties & chips
This binding is currently used for SDIO devices, but these chips are
also used as PCIe devices on DT platforms and may be represented in the
DT. Re-use the existing binding and add chip compatibles used by Apple
T2 and M1 platforms (the T2 ones are not known to be used in DT
platforms, but we might as well document them).

Then, add properties required for firmware selection and calibration on
M1 machines.

8406993a89 dt-bindings: bcm4329-fmac: add optional brcm,ccode-map-trivial
The bindings already offer a brcm,ccode-map property to describe the
mapping between the kernel's ISO3166 alpha 2 country code string and the
firmware's country code string and revision number. This is a
board-specific property and determined by the CLM blob firmware provided
by the hardware vendor.

However, in some cases the firmware will also use ISO3166 country codes
internally, and the revision will always be zero. This implies a trivial
mapping: cc -> { cc, 0 }.

For such cases, add an optional property brcm,ccode-map-trivial which
obviates the need to describe every trivial country code mapping in the
device tree with the existing brcm,ccode-map property. The new property
is subordinate to the more explicit brcm,ccode-map property.

b419362270 dt-bindings: bcm4329-fmac: add optional brcm,ccode-map
Add optional brcm,ccode-map property to support translation from ISO3166
country code to brcmfmac firmware country code and revision.

The country revision is needed because the RF parameters that provide
regulatory compliance are tweaked per platform/customer. So depending
on the RF path tight to the chip, certain country revision needs to be
specified. As such they could be seen as device specific calibration
data which is a good fit into device tree.

2601ab5498 dt-bindings: Convert the BCM4329 bindings to YAML and extend
This converts the BCM4329 family bindings to YAML schema, and
extends and fixes the bindings like this:

- Name the bindings after the first chip (BCM4329) since
wildcards like 43xx are nowadays frowned upon by the DT
binding reviewers. We call this the "BCM4329 family"
- Add compatible strings for all the variants that seem to
exist in the wild. (Derived from firmware listings.)
- Support specific-to-generic compatible strings (as already
  in use in DTS files).
- Add required reg property (SDIO function number)
- Add reset-gpios property (some systems wire this to a GPIO
  line).
- I have only listed Arend as maintainer for now, volunteers
  can be added.
