Document the IPQ5018 Internal Gigabit Ethernet PHY found in the IPQ5018
SoC. Its output pins provide an MDI interface to either an external
switch in a PHY to PHY link scenario or is directly attached to an RJ45
connector.
The PHY supports 10/100/1000 mbps link modes, CDT, auto-negotiation and
802.3az EEE.
For operation, the LDO controller found in the IPQ5018 SoC for which
there is provision in the mdio-4019 driver.
Two common archictures across IPQ5018 boards are:
1. IPQ5018 PHY --> MDI --> RJ45 connector
2. IPQ5018 PHY --> MDI --> External PHY
In a phy to phy architecture, the DAC needs to be configured to
accommodate for the short cable length. As such, add an optional boolean
property so the driver sets preset DAC register values accordingly.

Each regulator node, which references common regulator.yaml schema,
should disallow additional or unevaluated properties. Otherwise
mistakes in properties will go unnoticed.

The hibernation mode of Atheros AR803x PHYs defaults to be
enabled after hardware reset. When the cable is unplugged,
the PHY will enter hibernation mode after about 10 seconds
and the PHY clocks will be stopped to save power.
However, some MACs need the phy output clock for proper
functioning of their logic. For instance, stmmac needs the
RX_CLK of PHY for software reset to complete.
Therefore, add a DT property to configure the PHY to disable
this hardware hibernation mode.

This doesn't yet do anything in the tools, but make it explicit so we can
check either 'unevaluatedProperties' or 'additionalProperties' is present
in schemas.
'unevaluatedProperties' is appropriate when including another schema (via
'$ref') and all possible properties and/or child nodes are not
explicitly listed in the schema with the '$ref'.
This is in preparation to add a meta-schema to check for missing
'unevaluatedProperties' or 'additionalProperties'. This has been a
constant source of review issues.

json-schema versions draft7 and earlier have a weird behavior in that
any keywords combined with a '$ref' are ignored (silently). The correct
form was to put a '$ref' under an 'allOf'. This behavior is now changed
in the 2019-09 json-schema spec and '$ref' can be mixed with other
keywords. The json-schema library doesn't yet support this, but the
tooling now does a fixup for this and either way works.
This has been a constant source of review comments, so let's change this
treewide so everyone copies the simpler syntax.
Scripted with ruamel.yaml with some manual fixups. Some minor whitespace
changes from the script.
