The SCU Key controller can be used as a system wakeup source.
Document the 'wakeup-source' property.
This fixes the following schema warning:
system-controller: keys: 'wakeup-source' does not match any of the regexes: 'pinctrl-[0-9]+'

The Devicetree bindings document does not have to say in the title that
it is a "Devicetree binding" or a "schema", but instead just describe
the hardware.
Manual updates to various binding titles, including capitalizing them.

In order to replace the fsl,scu txt file from bindings/arm/freescale,
we need to split it between the right subsystems. This patch documents
separately the 'keys' child node of the SCU main node.
