Add rockchip,rk3562-saradc compatible string.
The saradc on rk3562 is v2 controller, with 10bit width which is different
with rk3588.

The Successive Approximation ADC (SARADC) in RK3528 uses the v2
controller and support:
- 10-bit resolution
- Up to 1MS/s sampling rate
- 4 single-ended input channels
- Current consumption: 0.5mA @ 1MS/s
Add a rockchip,rk3562-saradc compatible string for the 4 channels of
10-bit resolution supported by SARADC in RK3528.

Add rockchip,rk3576-saradc compatible string.
The saradc on RK3576 is compatible with the one on RK3588, so they are
used together in an arm of the oneOf.

rk3588-saradc isn't compatible with the rk3399-saradc variant,
hence, fix the following dtbs_check warning for 'oneOf' condition
failure.
DTC_CHK arch/arm64/boot/dts/rockchip/rk3588-rock-5b.dtb

The description below is already in use for px30.dtsi,
but was somehow never added to a document, so add
"rockchip,px30-saradc", "rockchip,rk3399-saradc"
for saradc nodes on a px30 platform to rockchip-saradc.yaml.

Current dts files with 'saradc' nodes are manually verified.
In order to automate this process rockchip-saradc.txt
has to be converted to yaml.
