Allow lcd panel related property for imx28 and keep the same restriction
for other platform. It is legancy platform and set these property to
deprecated.
Fix below CHECK_DTB warnings:

i.MX28 has an RX DMA channel associated with the LCDIF controller.
Document the 'dmas' and 'dma-names' properties to fix the following

i.MX6UL(L) uses "fsl,imx6sx-lcdif" as fallback compatible string,
but has only very lightweight DISPLAY power domain. Its DISPLAY
power domain is not supported by the binding / Linux kernel at
the moment. Since the current setup is working, let's remove the
power-domain from being required for that platform to fix the warning
printed by CHECK_DTBS=y.

i.MX23 has two LCDIF interrupts instead of a single one like other
i.MX devices.
Take this into account for properly describing the i.MX23 LCDIF
interrupts.
This fixes the following dt-schema warning:
imx23-olinuxino.dtb: lcdif@80030000: interrupts: [[46], [45]] is too long

There is one LCDIF embedded in i.MX93 SoC to connect with
MIPI DSI controller through LCDIF cross line pattern(controlled
by mediamix blk-ctrl) or connect with LVDS display bridge(LDB)
directly or connect with a parallel display through parallel
display format(also controlled by mediamix blk-ctrl). i.MX93
LCDIF IP is essentially the same to i.MX8MP LCDIF IP. Add device
tree binding for i.MX93 LCDIF.

The power-domains property is mandatory on i.MX8M Mini, Nano, Plus
and i.MX6SX, i.MX6SL. Document the property and mark it as required
on the aforementioned variants of the IP, present in those SoCs.

i.MX8MP uses 3 clocks, so soften the restrictions for clocks & clock-names.
This SoC requires a power-domain for this peripheral to use. Add it as
a required property.

Add compatible string for i.MX8MP LCDIF variant. This is called LCDIFv3
and is completely different from the LCDIFv3 found in i.MX23 in that it
has a completely scrambled register layout compared to all previous LCDIF
variants. The new LCDIFv3 also supports 36bit address space. However,
except for the complete bit reshuffling, this is still LCDIF and it still
works like one.

Additional compatible strings have been added in DT source for the
i.MX6SL, i.MX6SLL, i.MX6UL and i.MX7D without updating the bindings.
Most of the upstream DT sources use the fsl,imx28-lcdif compatible
string, which mostly predates the realization that the LCDIF in the
i.MX6 and newer SoCs have extra features compared to the i.MX28.
Update the bindings to add the missing compatible strings, with the
correct fallback values. This fails to validate some of the upstream DT
sources. Instead of adding the incorrect compatible fallback to the
binding, the sources should be updated separately.

Convert the mxsfb binding to YAML. The deprecated binding is dropped, as
neither the DT sources nor the driver support it anymore. The converted
binding is named fsl,lcdif.yaml to match the usual bindings naming
scheme.
The compatible strings are messy, and DT sources use different kinds of
combination of documented and undocumented values. Keep it simple for
now, and update the example to make it valid. Aligning the binding with
the existing DT sources will be performed separately.
