Various of the camcc bindings are repeated serially. We can use
qcom,gcc.yaml to encapsulate the generic repeated patterns.

Clean the Qualcomm SoCs clock bindings:
1. Drop redundant "bindings" in title.
2. Correct language grammar "<independent clause without verb>, which
supports" -> "provides".
3. Use full path to the bindings header, so tools can validate it.
4. Drop quotes where not needed.

The camera clock controller clock provider have a bunch of generic
properties that are needed in a device tree. Add the CAMCC clock IDs for
camera client to request for the clocks.
