abc6b02691 dt-bindings: arm: syna: remove unstable remark
Marvell Berlin SoCs (later Syna) bindings were marked as
work-in-progress / unstable in 2015 in commit f07b4e49d2 ("Documentation:
bindings: berlin: consider our dt bindings as unstable"). Almost nine
years is enough, so drop the "unstable" remark and expect usual ABI
rules.

1ceaccf2b2 arm64: dts: synaptics: remove unused DTSI for AS370
The as370.dtsi for Synaptics AS370 SoC does not have a user (DTS board
file), is uncompilable and untestable. It was added back in 2018. No
user appeared since that time, so assume it won't be added.

56516a9fe1 docs: dt: convert ABI.txt to ReST format
This file only requires a properly-formatted title to be
recognized as a ReST file.

As there will be more files under bindings/ that will be
included at the documentation body, add a new index.rst
file there.
