The X1 series includes SoCs like X1P42100. Extend the pattern x1e match
to x1[ep] to also include these.

Add the Qualcomm QAR2130P development board using the Qualcomm AR2 Gen1
aka SAR2130P platform.
The qcom-soc.yaml chunks use explicit 'sa|sar' instead of just 'sar?' to
be more obvious for reviewers and to ease future extensions. Overuse of
the regular expressions can easily end up with the hard-to-read and
modify schema.

There are a couple of SoCs whose names end in "pro", with the currently-
upstream examples being msm8974pro and msm8996pro. Allow such suffix in
SoC-specific compatibles.

The 'qcom,dsi-ctrl-6g-qcm2290' compatibility string was added in the
commit ee1f09678f ("drm/msm/dsi: Add support for qcm2290 dsi
controller") in February 2022, but was not properly documented in the
bindings. Adding this compatibility string to
display/msm/dsi-controller-main.yaml caused a warning from
qcom-soc.yaml. Fix the warning by adding an exception to the mentioned
file.

Compatibles can come in two formats. Either "vendor,ip-soc" or
"vendor,soc-ip". Qualcomm bindings were mixing both of usages, so add a
DT schema file documenting preferred policy and enforcing it for all new
compatibles, except few existing patterns.
