selftests: kvm: revamp MONITOR/MWAIT tests
Run each testcase in a separate VMs to cover more possibilities; move WRMSR close to MONITOR/MWAIT to test updating CPUID bits while in the VM. Signed-off-by: Paolo Bonzini <pbonzini@redhat.com>
