Introduce ATTRIBUTE_FORMAT for gcc and clang and use it to check the format of the printf type function TPMLIB_LogTPM2Error() and the parameters. Fix several places with errors. Signed-off-by: Stefan Berger <stefanb@linux.vnet.ibm.com>
