Stefan Berger 70547a758b Implement TPMLIB_GetInfo() to for example get TPM spec. info ... The EK certificates need information about the TPM specification that was implemented. The best place to get the information from seems the TPM itself. So we implement a function TPMLIB_GetInfo() to allow to query for the TPM specification information and possibly other information in the future.
