log: Add configure-time option to use systemd journal instead of syslog (#327)
* log: add systemd journal as a logging option

systemd journal can be configured as a logging option
at ./configure time (--enable-systemd-journal).

If libqb is buit with this then the syslog target can be switched
to sending to the journal using
qb_log_ctl(QB_LOG_SYSLOG, QB_LOG_CONF_USE_JOURNAL, 1);

libqb

What is libqb?

libqb is a library with the primary purpose of providing high-performance, reusable features for client-server architecture, such as logging, tracing, inter-process communication (IPC), and polling.

libqb is not intended to be an all-encompassing library, but instead provide focused APIs that are highly tuned for maximum performance for client-server applications.
